The Saint-Ange Parents' Association (APE for "Association des Parents d'Elèves" in French) was created in October 2019 following the initiative of the Management and the commitment of parent volunteers. The Bureau of the APE is as follows: Julie Nguyen Ngoc (President), Isabelle Petit (Vice-President), Katarzyna Bytomska-Béard (Secretary), Gladys Bertrais (Treasurer) and Benjamin Meriau (member of the bureau)
Mission & Objectives:
The mission of the Parents' Association is to represent the voice of the parents and to propose actions to the school management in order to ensure the well-being of the pupils of Saint Ange school. The interest of the pupils is at the heart of the association's priorities.
We have defined 4 axes of cooperation with the Management:
1- Improve the quality of daily life of the students
2- Strengthen the links and communication between the management and the parents
3- Support the organisation of events at the school
4- Offer cultural activities
Achievements 2019 & Outlook 2020 : . First of all, the APE was very happy to support the school in the organisation of the 2019 Christmas Party. Moreover, the charitable aspect, in favour of the association Enfants Du Dragon, fully meets the APE's objectives of bringing meaning to the projects proposed to the children. . A first working meeting was held with the Management at the end of 2019 and allowed us to establish together our cooperation plan for 2020 by defining the actions to be implemented on the 4 axes mentioned above. . Proposals to enrich the children's cultural activities for 2020 are being studied with the Management. . In the future, in order to best represent the parents, we wish to increase our communication in order to increase the number of active members of the APE.
